Hello friends, Most of the time candidate having fulfill required skill set and relevant knowledge but still not clear the interview process or unable to proceed further on next level in interview. 
So friends, here I am sharing 8 effective tips to crack any HR interview process in 2018.

1. Time Management 

As we know first impression is the last impression, its always works. Reach before 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Its helps to create a first positive approach from your side. Also you can get the clear idea to understand the prospective team/office environment.  

2. Confidant 

This is the key element in every level of interview process. Its like a interactive session from both side. Its mean; HR is not interested to talk more or discuss further, if candidates is not confidant. less confidant profiles max chances to skip in first round. 

3. Paper-work

Accurate and clean paperwork is more important. When recruiter interested to see the CV or educational documents, you have already prepare for that and provide in quick way without any difficulty.

4. Dressing 

Yes, I understand in today's world the interview process allowed to engage with casual dressing. But the price winners always those who present well in competition. Hope you understand. In a simple way, formal dressing presents that you are serious in what you applying, punctual, mature likely skills are presented directly or indirectly.

5. Prepare FAQ

Yes, 80 percent of interview questions are similar as you asked in previous HR interview. or otherwise simply search for such questions and already get prepare your own answers. That helps to achieve 50 percent interview process by pre-prepared questions.

Do not loss your enthusiastic level at any stage of interview. Your first powerful fresh approach as continues always up-to the end. Otherwise another profile who is less skilled but having enthusiastic one will be consider for better and continuous performance.

Before going to any HR interview, please do some study that exactly what is the employer business model, which project done before, clients connected and some historic info.
